Welcome to High-Performance Computing at the Centre for Computational Science & Engineering (CSE). The Centre provides large-scale computing facilities for the Faculty of Science.
News and Announcements
14 May 2011
- SOC will be conducting a DR drill at one of the data centres on 14th May
2011, saturday, from 10am to 3pm. All CSE machines will have to be powered down during this time. We will probably schedule some maintenance on the storage devices at around the same time, most likely friday evening before the DR drill. More info to come when this is confirmed.
29 April 2011
- There will be some maintenance work done on the network tomorrow 29th
Apr from 9.30am to 12noon. Network connectivity to CSE machines will be disrupted intermittently, but the jobs on the cluster should continue to run.
7 April 2011
- There will be network maintenance at the data centre on 7th Apr 2011
from 7pm to 9pm. Network connectivity to CSE machines may be disrupted.
